Winter service.
A clearer record.
Know more about the service on your property. GPS tracking, Jobber records and site photographs give your management team useful detail for reviews, questions and follow-up.
GPS-tracked equipment
All of our winter equipment is GPS-tracked, supporting dispatch decisions and a clearer record of site attendance.
Service managed in Jobber
We use Jobber to track service visits and organise job information, helping our team follow the work through each winter event.
Photos that add context
Site photographs and crew notes document the work and conditions observed. Updates and photos are shared with management through Jobber.
Make the first conversation count
Your proposal
preparation checklist.
Use these six points to prepare a brief for KNPM or compare the detail in your next maintenance proposal.
The property & decision-makers
Include the site address, property type, main contact and who will review the proposal. For several properties, list each address and its individual priorities.
Areas & access
Mark lawns, gardens, parking, walkways, entrances and loading areas on a plan or photos. Note gates, restricted access, operating hours and winter snow-storage areas.
Services & season dates
Identify summer maintenance, winter service or a year-round agreement. Include proposed start and end dates, requested visit frequency and optional enhancements.
Winter requirements
Set out the clearing and de-icing areas, service triggers, attendance requirements and reporting you need. Identify whether snow relocation or hauling belongs in the base scope.
Procurement & reporting
Mention your tender deadline, site-visit process, invoicing needs and any insurance, WSIB or other documents your procurement process requires. Requirements and available documentation are confirmed during the proposal review.
Inclusions & exclusions
Ask the proposal to distinguish base work, optional items, materials and exclusions. Compare the same scope across providers and confirm the communication arrangements before work begins.
A planning checklist, not a service agreement. Site availability, documentation, inclusions and response commitments are confirmed in your written proposal.

Useful before you compare
Get the winter
scope right.
A winter price is only useful when you know what it covers. Our snow contract guide helps you ask about treatment areas, triggers, reporting and additional work.

Care for the trees.
And the systems beneath.
Arborist and irrigation services can be quoted alongside your grounds care. Bring the work into one property conversation, with a separate scope for each service.
Arborist services
Bring tree-care requirements into your property plan. Tell us what needs attention so we can review the work, access and service arrangements with you.
Irrigation & sprinkler systems
Include sprinkler-system service in your property brief. We review the system and requested work, then confirm the service scope and quote for your site.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Before you request a proposal.
Still have a question about your property? Let’s talk.
Can one proposal cover summer maintenance and winter snow service?
Yes. We can discuss a year-round proposal with separate summer and winter specifications. Your site review and written agreement confirm the included services, season dates and service commitments.
Can I request pricing for more than one property?
Include every property address and the services needed at each site. We will review the locations, route availability and individual scopes before confirming what can be quoted.
How should I send a tender or site plan?
Use the quote form to introduce the property and deadline, or email our team to arrange the document review. Remove private resident information and include only the details needed to assess the work.
Is this the right form for an active winter service issue?
For a property already under contract, use the service contact arrangements in your agreement. The quote form is for new proposals and does not dispatch crews or change your contracted winter response.
