The KNPM approach
A property you can be proud to manage.
KN Property Maintenance provides commercial grounds care for condominium communities, retail plazas, offices and other managed properties across Peel and Halton. We start with the scope, access requirements and priorities of your property, then build a practical maintenance program around them. The goal is straightforward: consistent presentation, clear communication and fewer details for you to chase.

What shapes
your quote.
A useful proposal makes the base maintenance and optional work easy to distinguish. We review the site and the standard of care you need before setting out the scope.

Care for the trees.
And the systems beneath.
Arborist and irrigation services can be quoted alongside your grounds care. Bring the work into one property conversation, with a separate scope for each service.
Arborist services
Bring tree-care requirements into your property plan. Tell us what needs attention so we can review the work, access and service arrangements with you.
Irrigation & sprinkler systems
Include sprinkler-system service in your property brief. We review the system and requested work, then confirm the service scope and quote for your site.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Let’s make the details clear.
Still have a question about your property? Let’s talk.
What types of commercial properties do you maintain?
We work with condominium and townhouse communities, commercial plazas, office properties and other managed sites. Send us your property address and scope so we can confirm the fit and availability.
Can one company handle both landscaping and snow removal?
Yes. We can quote a year-round maintenance agreement that brings summer grounds care and winter snow and ice management together. A combined program helps the team build familiarity with the property.
Can you include arborist and irrigation services?
Yes. Arborist work and irrigation or sprinkler-system service can be quoted separately alongside your grounds maintenance. Tell us what your property needs so we can confirm the scope and service arrangements.
Can you bid on our existing maintenance specification?
Yes. Share the current specification, site plan and any service concerns. We will review the scope and identify assumptions, exclusions and optional improvements in the proposal.
Where do you offer commercial property maintenance?
Our core service area includes Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Georgetown and Halton Hills. Coverage depends on the property, scope and route capacity.
