Our story
Local roots.
Lasting relationships.
KN Property Maintenance began with a simple belief: take care of the work, return the call and treat people well. That is still how we approach every property.
Growing since 2012
It started with a mower.
And a lot of care.
Kyle started KN Property Maintenance using his parents’ mower and trimmer, with a rented U-Haul to get the equipment to the job. The first truck and trailer followed after the first year.
What grew from those early days was more than a maintenance company. It was an approach: reliable service, responsive communication and a positive place for people to work.
Today, KNPM looks after residential and commercial properties across Peel and Halton. Our work spans lawn care, landscape enhancements and commercial snow removal, with a yard in Georgetown and relationships built one season at a time.
That care is backed by over 30 staff, more than 10 trucks on the road, and a fleet of tractors and loaders. From a single residential lawn to a large commercial site, we have the people and equipment to match the property’s needs.

The way we work
Care is in
the everyday details.
Be clear.
Take the time to understand the property. Set out the scope. Make it easy for people to ask questions and know where things stand.
Be consistent.
Show up for the agreed work, pay attention to the details and build familiarity with the property over time.
Keep improving.
Listen to the people using the space. Learn from each season. Look for practical ways to make the property and the service better.
One team. Four seasons.
Here for your property.
All year long.
A year-round relationship means we understand more than a maintenance checklist. We learn the property, its priorities and the people behind it.
