Quote requests and contact details
When you submit a quote request, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, property address and description of the requested work. We use this information to assess the request, contact you, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting service relationship.
How the website handles a request
This website is hosted on Wix. Quote requests submitted on this website are processed through Wix Forms. Wix and its service providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver the website. See Wix’s privacy policy for details about Wix’s services.
Client access through Jobber
The Client Login page links to our Jobber Client Hub, where clients access documents shared with their account. Information you provide within Client Hub is processed through Jobber. See Jobber’s privacy policy for details about its services.
Calls and text messages
Our call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app. Messages you choose to send to our business number are handled through Jobber and may be answered by our AI receptionist. KN Property Maintenance can review the conversation to follow up on your request. See Jobber’s privacy policy. Opening a call or text link does not send a message automatically.
Share only what is needed
Please do not include payment card details, account passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal information in the quote form. If tender documents contain private resident information, contact us first to discuss how to provide only the details needed for the quote.

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or discuss a privacy concern, contact info@knpropertymaintenance.com or call (365) 654-3554. We will review the request and discuss any information needed to respond.
